Online Payments
To help ensure a seamless transaction for our residents, Belleglade partners with PayLease to accept online monthly lot-lease payments. All credit cards, with the exception of American Express, are accepted, as well as debit cards and ACH bank transactions.
Payments made online by credit card or debit card will incur a 3% transaction fee. ACH bank payments will incur a $2.95 fee.
AutoPay is also available. Interested tenants must communicate with their bank to determine if additional fees apply to this service.
To take advantage of our online portal, please create a free account with PayLease. To sign into the PayLease Resident Portal, you’ll need to have your Belleglade account number and the email address you have provided to Belleglade.

Referral Network
If you enjoy living in Belleglade and think someone you know may be interested in moving into one of our brand-new homes for sale or lease-to-own properties, refer them to us! When your referral submits an accepted lot-lease application and completes three months of on-time rent, you will receive two months lot rent on us!
(Referral payments, in an amount equal to two(2) of your monthly lot payments, will first be applied to any outstanding balance owed and the remaining will then be applied toward future rent.)
