Community Stability

Belleglade has been a safe and quiet community for more than 30 years. We hope to build upon that success and are proud to have several residents who have lived in our community for over 15 years.

Unlike many of the other manufactured home communities in the Clarksville area, Belleglade is 100 percent owner-occupied. We run credit and background checks on all our prospective residents.

Life Outside of the Box

Belleglade residents have street addresses and receive their mail at the end of their driveway. We allow residents to build decks, porches and storage buildings as long as they are properly permitted by the county and are approved by our staff prior to construction or placement on their lot.

Expectations of Residents & Guests

All of our residents and their guests must abide by the code of conduct as outlined in our lot-lease agreement. For the most part, the code of conduct simply requires everyone to be respectful neighbors.

Pet-Friendly

We are a pet-friendly community. We do, however, have a few restrictions regarding “dangerous breeds” and the number of pets per home (2), as well as a few good-neighbor rules. Pets must weigh under 25 pounds. (Our staff can provide more information on our service dog policy.) 

 

We expect all pets to be accompanied while outside of your home and on a leash or contained within a pet carrier. Pet owners should always clean up after their pets.

Common Areas

Belleglade has several common areas set aside for recreational activities. We have a large grassy area that’s perfect for soccer games or enjoying a bit of sunshine. Our youngest residents enjoy our playground, complete with a swing set, slide, basketball court, and jungle gym. The community also offers a covered outdoor area with picnic tables and grills!

Included Amenities

Residents rely upon the City of Clarksville for water, sewer services and electricity. Resident must arrange for their own internet and cable television. Trash service is provided. We love flowers and encourage our residents to landscape their lots. 

 

Residents will be responsible for caring for any plantings and ensuring the grass is maintained around their home. Lawn maintenance is available for a small fee.
