It is an exciting time here at Belleglade. There’s a new management team in place. We are expanding the community and creating even more affordable housing in Clarksville. Belleglade is becoming an even better place to call home.
We have been providing Clarksville-area residents a safe and affordable alternative to apartment-living for over 30 years. Several of our residents have been with us for over 15 years. Our residents have well-maintained homes and a strong sense of community. They are young professionals, families with children and retirees. They are fully enjoying our convenient location and the peace of mind that comes from living in Belleglade Mobile Home Community.
Iron Horse Belleglade, LLC, acquired control of the community in early 2017. The management team, who has helped to keep Belleglade one of the premier mobile home communities in Clarksville, is working to make the transition as seamless as possible.
New Residents in Belleglade Mobile Home Community
We are growing. A number of our new residents relocated their homes into Belleglade. And, we’ve brought in over 15 new 2018 Clayton and Champion mobile homes into the community. Check out the beautiful new homes already in place and available for sale or lease-to-own.
Within a few weeks, you could be living in your own new home.
We are also offering our own lease-to-own program to make owning your own home even more affordable. (Be sure to ask a member of our staff for more information.)
We hope you come check us out. Consider scheduling a tour of one of our available homes. The homes are open and airy, spacious and equipped with new appliances and washer/dryer connections.
Amy, our on-site property manager, is continuously coming up with fun community events.
Easter, Cinco de Mayo, July 4th, back to school, Halloween and Christmas are just a few of the
excuses, uhm, times of year that we have parties and get-togethers. And, our community-wide yard sale is the perfect time to clean house or find some interesting new treasures.
She even turned the arrival of our new soccer goals into a party! A pot luck picnic helped bring everyone together and fortified the team of volunteers who helped to assemble and place the new goals.
